A Christmas treat

We have all enjoyed an early Christmas treat today. We watched a performance of ‘The Elves and the Toymaker’. The children sat and listened brilliantly and enjoyed the show.

Happy Diwali

We have had a great day learning about and celebrating Diwali. The children saw different teachers and tasted food, made art, danced and learnt the story of Rama and Sita.

Happy Diwali!

We all enjoyed our trip inside the planetarium today. We learnt the planet names, looked at constellations and saw how small the sun really is compared to other stars. A great start to our ‘Let there be light!’ topic.

Look what we have found in our school grounds! Could it be the remains of King Richard III? The skeleton had no feet just like King Richard…

We received our silver food for life award yesterday. Some children from our school council went to the farm for a celebration day. They rode tractors, carved pumpkins and even had a barbecue lunch!
